Shoshana Nambi

Rabbi Shoshana Nambi is a member of Uganda’s historic Abayudaya Jewish community and currently serves as Assistant Rabbi at Congregation Beth Am in Los Altos Hills, California. She remains deeply connected to her roots, serving as rabbinic mentor to several Reform communities in Uganda. Rabbi Nambi is a captivating storyteller who brings to life the remarkable experience of growing up Jewish in a remote corner of East Africa. She is dynamic for a wide range of gatherings, educational and/or family centered events, interfaith or multicultural programs, and academic settings alike.
